A native resident of Washington Heights, New York, Rochel is in the doctoral program of Touro’s Graduate School of Jewish Studies, where she is focusing on medieval Ashkenazic history and halacha. Rochel is a college instructor for the Sara Schenirer Institute/University of Mount Saint Vincent, and lectures and gives shiurim in the Heights.
