Moshe Simon-Shoshan

Moshe Simon-Shoshan is a senior lecturer in the department of the literature of the Jewish People at Bar Ilan University, where he teaches Midrash and Aggadah. He is the author of Stories of the Law: Narrative Discourse and the Construction of Authority in the Mishnah (Oxford, 2012) and numerous other studies on stories in rabbinic literature and the relationship between Halakhah and aggadah. Dr. Shoshan is an alumnus of Yeshivat Har Etzion, Princeton University, and University of Pennsylvania.
