Moshe Koppel

Moshe Koppel is Professor of Computer Science at Bar-Ilan University. He is the head of the Kohelet Policy Forum, a conservative-libertarian think tank, and the head of DICTA, a laboratory creating computational linguistics tools for the analysis of Jewish and Hebrew texts.
