Susan Weingarten
Susan Weingarten is an archaeologist and food historian living in Jerusalem, where she is an associate fellow of the WF Albright Institute for Archaeological Research. She is the author of Haroset: A Taste of Jewish History (reviewed in The Lehrhaus on 17th April 2019). At present she is working on a new book: Ancient Jewish Food in its Geographical and Cultural Contexts: What's Cooking in the Talmuds?
